THERMAL BAGS WITH MIDDLE LAYER IN PE 5MM

• SUPERCOLD BAG: the zipper allows total sealing; the internal pocket is ideal for insulation of devices for cold accumulation.

• TOPCOLD BAG: made of a single layer with stitching, flap and Velcro sealing. It is resistant and re-usable, designed for home delivery. Its use is ideal in combination with ICECATCH® Solid Insulated.

ICECATCH® COLD ACCUMULATORS

• ICECATCH® Gelpack: water-based, reusable refrigerating bags; they satisfy even the stricter requisites of robustness and non-toxicity.

• ICECATCH® Solid Insulated: revolutionary refrigerating devices equipped with an integrated, hydrophobic insulating layer that allows gradual release of cold, thus increasing its durability, and it prevents the cold radiation emitted from dropping below 0°C, which avoids problems related with the freezing of products, also when the device is put into direct contact with the items. When matched with an adequate system of external packaging, it allows to maintain the temperature between +2°C/+8°C for up to 120 hours.

Preparation time (freezing at -18°C): 72 hours

ISOLAM BOX

Boxes with high power of thermal insulation, made of expanded extruded polystyrene LM 4mm, external metallic PET and kraft paper on the inside. Manufactured according to the American model (FEFCO 0204), light and waterproof, they are suited to shipment and aesthetically impacting, ideal for gastronomic, cosmetic and pharmaceutical products. There is the possibility of ordering an additional kit with 6 reinforced internal supports, 4 cm wide, for shipment periods up to 48 hours. Upon request, it is possible to manufacture case-shaped and self-assembling models that are customizable via silkscreen, hot-foil or digital printing. Available in biodegradable material as well. The box is delivered flat, to be assembled, which enables the reduction of 80% of space with respect to traditional thermal packages. Usage in combination with thermal envelopes and pouches and with ICECATCG® Solid Insulated is advised.
